Morning sun tickled the leaves. Maymay clutched her tiny backpack. "I'm scared," she whispered. "We’ll be back soon," Momma promised. Dada squeezed her paw. Together, they waddled toward the daycare door.

The bright room buzzed softly. Maymay clung to Momma’s tail. "I don’t want to let go!" she cried. "You are brave," Dada said. A friendly song played inside. Momma and Dada left, teary.

Afternoon sunshine spilled outside. Maymay spotted them and beamed. "Momma! Dada!" she cheered, racing into hugs. "I made friends and built towers!" Maymay said. They chatted in the car, happy and proud.

Next morning, backpacks rustled again. Maymay’s tummy fluttered. "Still nervous," she admitted, "but excited!" "We believe in you," Momma said. Dada winked, "Same brave monkey, new day." Off they went, paws swinging.
