Outside the daycare entrance beneath leafy morning sunshine, Maymay stands clutching her tiny backpack, eyes wide and worried. Momma gently holds her paw while Dada leans close with an encouraging smile beside the colorful door.
Morning sun tickled the leaves. Maymay clutched her tiny backpack. "I'm scared," she whispered. "We’ll be back soon," Momma promised. Dada squeezed her paw. Together, they waddled toward the daycare door.
Inside the bright daycare room, Maymay grips Momma’s tail, eyes teary and pleading, while Dada kneels beside her with a reassuring smile. Sunlight fills the space, casting soft light on the open doorway where Momma and Dada will soon exit.
The bright room buzzed softly. Maymay clung to Momma’s tail. "I don’t want to let go!" she cried. "You are brave," Dada said. A friendly song played inside. Momma and Dada left, teary.
In the sunny afternoon parking lot, Maymay leaps into Momma and Dada’s open arms, all three smiling broadly beside their small car. Golden light gleams on the car door and on Maymay’s backpack swinging from her shoulder.
Afternoon sunshine spilled outside. Maymay spotted them and beamed. "Momma! Dada!" she cheered, racing into hugs. "I made friends and built towers!" Maymay said. They chatted in the car, happy and proud.
Along the leafy morning path outside daycare, Maymay strides between Momma and Dada, eyes bright with mingled nerves and excitement, backpacks rustling. Soft golden light filters through branches as the trio swing joined paws toward the entrance.
Next morning, backpacks rustled again. Maymay’s tummy fluttered. "Still nervous," she admitted, "but excited!" "We believe in you," Momma said. Dada winked, "Same brave monkey, new day." Off they went, paws swinging.
