Anne Rosa skipped into her room, holding her favorite doll dresses. "Let’s have a party!" she giggled as her friends, Cheshire the cat, Jackson the bulldog, Shadow the tiny cat, and Tally the squirrel, watched curiously.

"Time for costumes!" Anne Rosa announced, gently placing a sparkly hat on Cheshire. She picked a tiny bow for Shadow and a puffy shirt for Jackson. Tally got a pink tutu and spun in circles. The animals blinked, looking at each other in surprise.

Cheshire shook his head, his hat sliding over his eyes. Jackson pawed at the shirt, while Shadow scooted backward, trying to escape the bow. Tally bounced and laughed, "I look silly!" Anne Rosa clapped and cheered. The room filled with giggles.

Suddenly, Cheshire leapt off the bed, the ribbon trailing behind. Jackson chased after him, tripping over a shoe. Shadow jumped onto a pillow, squeaking. Tally raced around in her tutu, dodging their tumbling friends. Anne Rosa laughed, watching the playful chaos.

One of Anne Rosa’s doll shoes flew through the air! Jackson caught it in his mouth with a proud wag. "No, Jackson! That’s not for chewing!" giggled Anne Rosa. Tally tried to grab it back, but Jackson danced away.

Shadow slipped out of the bow and scurried under the bed. Cheshire spun in circles, trying to lose his hat. Tally finally freed herself from the tutu and waved it in the air. Anne Rosa rolled on the floor, laughing at their funny moves.

"Let’s help each other!" Anne Rosa suggested. She and Tally carefully untangled Cheshire from the sparkly hat. Jackson helped Shadow come out from under the bed. Soon, the animals were free from all their silly clothes.

The animals piled on top of Anne Rosa, wagging tails and twitching whiskers. "Best dress up party ever!" cheered Tally, as everyone wiggled and giggled in a heap. "Let’s always play together like this," said Anne Rosa happily.

Cheshire strutted across the room with no hat, head held high. Jackson flopped onto his back for belly rubs. Shadow tiptoed along the window ledge, her tail high. Tally marched around with the tutu on her head like a crown.

Anne Rosa brought out some tiny treats for everyone. "You all earned snacks for being good sports!" she smiled. Cheshire purred, Jackson woofed, Shadow mewed, and Tally nibbled her nut happily. Together, they enjoyed their party picnic.

After all the fun, Anne Rosa snuggled up with her furry friends. Tally curled on her shoulder, Cheshire purred next to her, and Jackson’s warm head rested on her feet. Shadow curled up by Anne Rosa’s hand. Everybody felt safe and cozy.

"Best party ever," whispered Anne Rosa as her eyes grew heavy. The animals nestled close, happy and loved. As they drifted off to sleep, they dreamed of even sillier dress up games for tomorrow.
