In Scotland, Auntie Sarah looked at her empty suitcases. "Time to pack!" she said. She put in shirts, then dresses, then more shirts. Koda watched with her big ears standing up tall. "Don't worry, Koda," Sarah laughed. "You're coming too!" Koda wagged her tail so hard her whole body wiggled. Sarah kept packing. Shoes everywhere! Brown shoes, black shoes, red shoes too. "Maybe I have too many," Sarah giggled. Koda barked as if to say yes!

Koda ran to find her favorite red ball. She dropped it right into Sarah's suitcase. "Good thinking, Koda!" Sarah said, giving her fluffy friend a big hug. Koda's tail wagged again. Sarah tried to close the suitcase but it was too full. Clothes popped out the sides! "Oops!" Sarah laughed. She sat on the suitcase and pushed down hard. Click! It closed! "We did it, Koda!" Sarah cheered. Koda barked happily. They were ready for their big adventure.

Sarah and Koda took a train to London. Koda pressed her nose against the window, watching everything zoom by. "Look at those sheep, Koda!" Sarah pointed. The train went clickety-clack, clickety-clack. In London, they saw big red buses and tall buildings. Koda's ears pointed at every new sound. "This is just the beginning," Sarah told her. They walked to a special place for their next adventure. Koda stayed close to Sarah, her leash jingling. Everything was so exciting!

At the airport, Sarah and Koda saw the biggest aeroplane ever! "That's our ride, Koda!" Sarah said. Koda's eyes grew wide. They walked up the special ramp together. Inside, Koda had her own cozy spot next to Sarah. The aeroplane engines hummed louder and louder. "Here we go!" Sarah whispered. The plane rolled fast, faster, fastest—then lifted into the sky! Koda looked at Sarah. Sarah smiled. "We're flying, girl!" Up, up, up they went into the clouds.

Sarah looked out the window. Fluffy white clouds surrounded them like giant cotton balls! "Look, Koda—we're flying above the clouds!" The clouds looked soft enough to jump on. The sun made them sparkle like magic. Koda rested her head on Sarah's lap. A flight helper brought Sarah a snack. "Would your dog like some water?" she asked kindly. Koda lapped up the cool water. Sarah ate cookies and looked at the endless blue sky. Flying was magical! The Atlantic Ocean sparkled far below.

"We're landing in America!" Sarah told Koda. The aeroplane came down through the clouds. Bump! They touched the ground in America. Koda's ears perked up. Everything looked different—and exciting! Sarah collected their suitcases. "Next stop: Tennessee!" she said. They got into a car for a road trip. Koda stuck her head out the window, ears flapping in the wind. American trees, American roads, American adventures! Sarah sang silly songs as they drove. Koda barked along. Tennessee was waiting!

Sarah and Koda arrived at their new home in Tennessee. "We're here, Koda!" Sarah opened the door wide. Koda ran inside, sniffing every corner. There was a big yard for playing! Koda found the perfect sunny spot for napping. Sarah unpacked her many, many shoes. "I did bring too many," she laughed. That night, Sarah sat with Koda under the Tennessee stars. They looked different from Scotland stars. But they were just as beautiful. "We did it, girl," Sarah whispered. Home sweet home.

Sarah sat in her favorite chair with Koda beside her. She thought about little Nell back in Scotland. Nell with her light brown hair and big blue eyes. "I miss Nell, Koda," Sarah said softly. Koda put her paw on Sarah's knee. Sarah smiled. "Even though we're far away, Nell is still so special to me." Distance couldn't change love. An ocean was between them now. But love was bigger than any ocean! Sarah decided to call Nell right away. Special people stay close, no matter what.

Sarah called Nell on the computer. Nell's face appeared on the screen! "Hi, Auntie Sarah!" Nell said in her sweet voice. Sarah's heart felt full of happiness. "Hi, Nell! I'm in Tennessee now!" Koda barked hello too. Nell giggled at Koda's big fluffy face. "We flew above the clouds!" Sarah told her. "And Koda packed her ball!" Nell clapped her hands. Sarah showed Nell her new yard. "I'll tell you all my adventures," Sarah promised. "And you tell me yours!" Nell nodded, smiling big.

"Nell, you are so special to me," Sarah said gently. "Even with an ocean between us, that will never change." Nell listened carefully. "We can video call and see each other's faces!" Sarah continued. "I'll visit whenever I can." Koda wagged her tail on the screen. Nell reached out to touch the computer, trying to pet Koda. "And Nell," Sarah said with a warm smile, "I'll always be your Auntie Sarah. Forever and ever." Nell smiled her beautiful three-year-old smile. Love was the biggest adventure of all.

"Guess what, Nell?" Sarah said excitedly. "One day, YOU can fly across the ocean too!" Nell's blue eyes grew wide with wonder. "You can visit me and Koda in Tennessee!" Sarah continued. "We'll have our own special adventure together!" Nell bounced up and down. "Will I see the clouds?" Nell asked. "Yes!" Sarah laughed. "You'll fly above them, just like I did!" Koda barked as if saying, "Come visit!" Nell giggled. "I'll bring my favorite toy," Nell said. "Just like Koda brought her ball!"

Sarah, Koda, and Nell said goodbye on the video call. "I love you, Nell!" Sarah said. "Love you, Auntie Sarah!" Nell replied. Sarah felt happy in her heart. Yes, Tennessee was far from Scotland. But distance was just distance. Love stayed strong! Sarah hugged Koda tight. "This is only the beginning, Koda," she whispered. There would be many more adventures ahead. Video calls and visits and stories to share. Sarah would always be Nell's Auntie Sarah. And that was the most special thing of all.
