Danny the green dinosaur walked through the sunny forest, humming a happy tune. Suddenly, he heard a tiny cry from above. "Help! Help!" chirped Little Bird. She was tangled in some vines hanging from a tall tree. Danny stretched up as high as he could. "Don't worry, I'll help you!" he said with a smile. He gently pulled the vines apart with his small claws. Little Bird fluttered free, her blue and yellow feathers shining. "Thank you, Danny!" she sang sweetly.

Danny and Little Bird walked to the sparkling river. There sat Turtle, looking worried at the rushing water. "The current is too strong for me," Turtle said sadly. Danny thought for a moment. "Climb on my back!" he offered. Turtle climbed onto Danny's sturdy back, holding tight to his orange spikes. Danny carefully stepped into the water, moving slowly and steadily. Little Bird flew overhead, calling encouragement. Soon they reached the other side safely. "You're so brave, Danny!" Turtle said gratefully.

Dark clouds rolled across the sky. Thunder rumbled loudly. "A storm is coming!" Little Bird cried. Rain began to pour down hard. "Follow me!" Danny called to his friends. He remembered a cave nearby. Danny led Little Bird and Turtle through the forest as wind whipped the trees. They reached the cozy cave just in time. Inside, they huddled together, safe and dry. "Thank you for protecting us, Danny," Turtle said. Danny smiled. "Friends help each other," he replied warmly.

The next morning, sunshine filled the forest again. Danny, Little Bird, and Turtle played together happily. "You helped me when I was stuck," chirped Little Bird. "You carried me across the river," added Turtle. "And you kept us safe in the storm," they said together. Danny's heart felt warm and full. "Helping you was the best adventure ever!" he said with his biggest smile. Little Bird landed on his head. Turtle nestled by his feet. "We'll always be friends," they promised, and Danny knew it was true.
