In a vast cosmic void, brilliant light bursts forth, illuminating swirling shadows that retreat to one side. The scene divides into radiant day and deep night under a silent, expansive sky.
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Everything was dark. God said, "Let there be light!" Suddenly, light appeared everywhere. God smiled. "I will call the light day," He said. "I will call the darkness night." God saw that the light was good. That was the very first day.
A newly formed meadow stretches beneath a bright midday sky, bordered by shimmering blue ocean. Green grass, colorful flowers, apple and oak trees, and blooming rose bushes fill the sunlit landscape.
On the second day, God made the beautiful blue sky. On the third day, God gathered all the water into oceans. Now there was dry land! God said, "Let plants grow." Green grass, colorful flowers, and tall trees appeared. God made apple trees, oak trees, and rose bushes. Everything was so pretty!
At golden sunrise along a sandy shore, dolphins leap from sparkling water while gulls wheel overhead. Nearby, a lion, elephant, rabbit, and a fluttering butterfly stand beneath the glowing sun, with the pale moon fading behind them.
On day four, God made the bright sun for daytime. He made the moon and twinkling stars for nighttime. On day five, God filled the oceans with fish and dolphins. Birds flew in the sky. On day six, God made lions, elephants, rabbits, and butterflies. God looked at everything. It was very good!
In a colorful garden filled with fruit trees and fragrant flowers, Adam stands beside Eve under warm afternoon light. They smile and hold hands near a low branch heavy with ripe fruit, peaceful birds perched nearby.
God created Adam from the dust. Then God made Eve to be Adam's wife. God gave them a beautiful garden home with fruit trees and flowers. "Take care of my earth," God told Adam and Eve. They were so happy! On the seventh day, God rested. Everything He made was very good.
