To My Sweet Ilaria,
On this special Father's Day, I want you to know how lucky you are to have a dad who fills your world with adventure, laughter, and love. From building snow castles to racing like kangaroos, every moment with him is a story worth remembering.
As you grow, may you always treasure the joy of exploring with Dad, the warmth of his hugs, and the magic of the memories you create together.
With all my love,
Mum
“Ready, Ilaria?” Dad asked, packing their tiny red suitcase. Ilaria clapped her hands. She hugged her favorite stuffed bear. “We’re going to see the world!” Dad cheered, zipping the bag.

Before their flight, Dad and Ilaria sat down to eat lunch together.
Dad twirled spaghetti on his fork. “Try it!” he said, smiling.
Ilaria took a bite, but oops! Sauce dripped onto her shirt!
They both laughed, wiping it off.
“Delizioso!” Dad said, making Ilaria giggle.

The first place they visited was Japan.
Soft pink petals floated down like tiny snowflakes.
Dad twirled Ilaria under the beautiful cherry trees.
“Close your eyes and make a wish,” he whispered.
Ilaria smiled and wished for more adventures.
“I love this magic!” she said, feeling happy.

Before they reached the pyramids, Dad asked, “How big do you think they are?”
Ilaria stretched her arms wide. “As big as our bedtime stories!” she said with a grin.
Dad chuckled as she pretended to lift a giant block, giggling.
“Strong girl!” Dad cheered, clapping for her.

While visiting Australia dad said to Ilara “Race like kangaroos," hopping across the path.
Ilaria bounced after him but tumbled softly into Dad’s arms.
“Boing!” she squealed, giggling.
They watched real kangaroos hop past under the bright Australian sun, their strong legs springing over the golden grass.
“That was fun!” Dad laughed, giving Ilaria a big hug.

The Northern Lights in Norway shimmered green and purple. “It’s like a fairy dance,” Dad marveled. Ilaria’s eyes sparkled with wonder. Dad hugged her close to stay warm. “This is my favorite show!” she whispered.

In the warm rainforest, raindrops pattered softly on the wide green leaves.
Ilaria giggled as she splashed in puddles, her feet making little waves.
“Rain dance!” Dad called, spinning in the falling raindrops.
Their laughter echoed through the trees, joining the happy songs of the birds.

While visiting Africa, Ilaria and Dad went on safari.
Lions stretched and lounged in the tall, golden grass.
Ilaria pointed and waved. “Hi, lion!” she giggled.
Dad lifted her up so she could see better.
The sky turned orange and pink, painting the world in warm colors.
“It’s bedtime for animals,” Dad said softly as the sun dipped below the horizon.

The waves rocked their little boat softly, carrying them forward.
Dad pointed to the sail. “See how it catches the wind?” he said with a smile.
“We’re explorers!” Ilaria cheered.
Above them, seagulls called, soaring in the bright sky.
Ilaria clapped as the boat splashed onward, their adventure sailing ahead.

They visited a snowy castle in a land of ice. Dad built a tiny snow castle with Ilaria. She added a snow bear guard. “Brave castle!” Dad cheered. Ilaria beamed, proud of their creation.

At last, their suitcase came home dusty and full. Dad and Ilaria looked at photos together. “Our adventures are the best,” Dad said. Ilaria yawned, snuggling on his lap. “Where to next?” she whispered.
