Isaac sat by the window as the world felt wobbly and loud. The sunlight seemed too bright and his room buzzed with sounds. Isaac hugged his knees and whispered, "It's too much today." He wanted someone to understand. Just then, his mom peeked in and smiled softly. "Do you want a hug, Isaac?"

Isaac nodded and snuggled into his mom's arms. She whispered, "Let's find your quiet corner together." They tiptoed to his cozy tent filled with soft pillows. The lights were dim and a gentle breeze came through the window. Isaac took a deep breath and felt safe in his soft place. "Thank you, Mom," he said with a small smile.

Isaac and his mom counted their slow breaths: one, two, three. Isaac squeezed his favorite squishy toy and wiggled his toes. "How do you feel now?" his mom asked gently. "A little better," Isaac replied, rubbing his red hair. "My world is less wobbly." Together, they listened to the soft rain outside.

Later, Isaac drew pictures of his feelings using bright colors. His mom watched with pride and listened as he shared. "Sometimes things feel too loud, but I know what helps," Isaac said. She hugged him close and said, "I'm proud of you for sharing, Isaac." Isaac grinned, feeling strong and understood. The world didn't feel so wobbly anymore.
