In Granny's house foyer on a sunny morning, Granny opens the door with a warm smile while Muhammad steps inside. John Jr stands beside her, clapping excitedly.
One sunny day, Muhammad visited Granny and John Jr. Granny smiled, "Welcome, Muhammad! John Jr loves seeing you." John Jr clapped his hands with excitement.
In the bright room, Muhammad holds an ornate Quran open on his lap while seated. John Jr points at the book and Granny watches nearby as afternoon light spills through the window.
John Jr pointed to Muhammad’s book and said, "What's that?" Muhammad replied kindly, "This is the Quran, a special book in Islam." Granny listened, interested too.
At Granny's kitchen table in the sunny afternoon, Muhammad raises one finger while explaining. John Jr leans forward repeating 'Allah!' with wide eyes as Granny stands beside them nodding approvingly.
Muhammad explained, "Muslims believe in one God called Allah." John Jr tried repeating, "Allah!" Granny nodded and said, "That’s interesting, Muhammad."
In Granny's softly lit room at dusk, Muhammad counts on his fingers while reciting the prophets' names. John Jr giggles holding up both hands, and Granny sits nearby smiling warmly.
Muhammad continued, "We believe in many prophets: Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad." John Jr giggled, "So many!" Granny smiled warmly at them both.
Near the sunlit window, Muhammad holds up a Quran with a shimmering golden cover. John Jr reaches out to touch it gently while Granny stands beside them smiling.
Muhammad lovingly showed the Quran’s golden cover. "This book teaches us how to be kind, honest, and caring." John Jr touched the book gently and grinned.
Inside the softly lit room at evening, Muhammad speaks calmly about angels. John Jr tilts his head back scanning the ceiling while Granny stands behind him chuckling.
"Muslims believe in angels," Muhammad said. John Jr looked up at the ceiling, searching for angels. Granny chuckled, "Maybe they’re watching over us now."
On the floor under warm afternoon light, John Jr offers a small toy to Muhammad who sits cross-legged. Granny kneels nearby whispering encouragement.
Muhammad shared, "We should do good things and always help others." John Jr shared his toy with Muhammad. Granny whispered, "That’s the spirit."
At Granny's kitchen table under bright morning light, Muhammad sketches five small pillars on a sheet of paper. John Jr sits opposite holding up five fingers proudly as the paper rests between them.
Muhammad drew five little pillars on a paper. "Faith, prayer, charity, fasting, and pilgrimage are the Five Pillars," he explained. John Jr held up five fingers, copying him.
In the quiet room lit by late afternoon sun, Muhammad kneels on a small prayer mat with hands folded. John Jr imitates the posture beside him while Granny watches from a chair speaking softly.
Muhammad rolled out a small mat and prayed quietly. John Jr watched curiously and then tried to copy Muhammad’s movements. Granny softly said, "It looks peaceful."
In the warmly lit room, Muhammad drops a few coins into a small glass jar. John Jr watches intently nearby as Granny stands smiling approvingly.
Muhammad put coins into a small jar. "Giving to others is important," he told John Jr. Granny added, "Kindness makes the world happier."
In the bright kitchen around midday, Muhammad explains fasting while gesturing with open hands. John Jr mischievously hides a snack behind his back, and Granny leans on the counter smiling.
"During Ramadan, Muslims fast during the day to understand gratitude," Muhammad explained. John Jr pretended to hide his snacks. Granny smiled, "That’s thoughtful!"
In the softly lit room, Muhammad holds up a large photograph of Mecca's Grand Mosque. John Jr claps enthusiastically beside him while Granny stands behind them, eyes wide with amazement.
Muhammad showed a picture of Mecca. "Muslims visit this city for a special trip called pilgrimage," he said. John Jr clapped and Granny looked amazed.
At dusk in the quiet room, Granny leans forward with a gentle smile as she asks her question. Muhammad responds serenely, palms open, the soft light of evening illuminating them.
Granny asked, "What do you love about Islam, Muhammad?" Muhammad replied, "It teaches me peace, love, and care for others." Granny felt her heart grow warm.
In the warmly lit room, John Jr wraps his small arms around Granny and Muhammad. The adults exchange soft smiles as evening light from the window paints a peaceful glow.
Granny looked at Muhammad with a special smile. She thought, "You are so kind. You might be my soulmate." John Jr laughed, hugging them both.
In the bright room, John Jr raises his chin and calls out 'Islam! Allah!' with a proud grin. Granny and Muhammad clap their hands and beam encouragingly.
John Jr tried saying, "Islam! Allah!" Granny and Muhammad cheered for him. "You’re learning so much!" Muhammad said proudly.
At Granny's table, a teapot and plate of cookies sit between Muhammad and John Jr They share gentle smiles as warm lamplight reflects off the steaming cups.
Together, they enjoyed tea and cookies, feeling grateful to learn from each other. Muhammad said, "Islam means peace." John Jr and Granny smiled, hearts full of love and wonder.
