Lola was a little llama who loved to listen.
She loved story time at school.
But reading was hard.

The letters jumped and danced.
They didn't make sense.
"I can't do it," Lola said softly.

Ms. Rosa smiled kindly.
"Let's try something fun, Lola!
We'll take it step by step."

They started with "L" for Llama.
"L-L-L," Lola practiced.
It was like singing a song!

Next came easy words:
"Cat"
"Dog"
"Sun"
Lola smiled. She could do it!

Every night, Lola practiced.
She read to her toys:
"The cat sat.
The dog ran.
The sun is up."

Soon, Lola could read more!
She helped her friend Max:
"We can do it together!"

Now Lola reads at story time.
Her heart feels proud.
She knows that practice makes perfect.
