Leslie sat upon the cozy couch so wide,
With Robert, her dear husband, by her side.
She watched young Elliot play across the room,
While baby Aurora giggled, chasing away all gloom.
Their three dogs—Mishka, Nimbo, Gizmo too—
Lay sleeping softly in their favorite view.
The family together, happy and bright,
Filled Leslie's heart with such delight.

Then Leslie noticed something strange and new,
A tiny light that flickered into view.
It danced upon the wall with gentle glow,
A sparkling shimmer, putting on a show.
"What could that be?" she whispered with surprise,
She stood up slowly, wonder in her eyes.
She walked across the room with careful feet,
To touch the light that looked so warm and sweet.

The moment Leslie touched the glowing light,
It grew so big and shining, oh so bright!
A swirling portal opened on the wall,
And pulled them in—her husband, dogs, and all!
Robert grabbed her hand as they flew through,
With Elliot and Aurora coming too.
Mishka, Nimbo, Gizmo barked with glee,
As through the magic portal they broke free!

They landed softly on the greenest grass,
With rolling hills of beauty, vast and class.
The flowers bloomed in colors everywhere,
Sweet fragrance floating gently through the air.
"Where are we now?" asked Robert, looking round,
While both the dogs sniffed happily at ground.
Leslie bent down to see a flower red,
"A poppy flower!" she softly said.

As they walked through this land of wonder bright,
They saw a figure standing in the light.
"Let's go see who that could be," said Les,
Her heart was beating faster in her chest.
They walked together, closer step by step,
While baby Aurora in Robert's arms had slept.
The dogs ran forward, tails wagging with joy,
And Elliot held tight to his toy.

Then Leslie gasped—she knew just who it was!
"Tio Willy!" she cried out, just because
Her uncle stood before her with a smile,
She hadn't seen his face in quite a while.
"Hello, my beautiful niece," he said with love,
And hugged her tight, blessing from above.
Leslie's tears fell down like summer rain,
"Why are you here?" she asked through joy and pain.

"I'm here to see you one more time, my dear,
To see your family and bring you cheer.
To meet young Elliot and Aurora too,
And tell you all how much I love you."
Leslie hugged her uncle oh so tight,
While Robert smiled at this magical sight.
The children watched with wonder in their eyes,
As love filled up the beautiful blue skies.

Then from behind Tio Willy came a pup,
With red and white fur bouncing as he jumped up!
"It's Gizmo!" Leslie cried with pure delight,
She hugged her dog who'd left them one sad night.
Mishka and Nimbo ran to greet their friend,
So happy that they'd meet him once again.
They wagged their tails and played upon the ground,
While joyful barking made a lovely sound.

Sweet Gizmo looked at each one standing there,
His brown eyes full of love and gentle care.
"I love you all so very, very much,
I miss your hugs and every gentle touch.
Thank you, Leslie, for the life you gave,
For every happy memory we saved.
I'm happy here in this special place,
With joy and peace and endless grace."

Tio Willy held a poppy flower bright,
"Inside this seed," he said, "shines special light.
Your Poppy seed is here with us today,
In this beautiful and magical way."
He placed the flower in Leslie's hand,
She understood and seemed to understand.
Her baby was remembered, loved, and free,
Forever part of their family tree.

Then Tio Willy gave a stuffed bear too,
With glasses, orange shirt—just like he'd do.
The bear wore a black fanny pack so neat,
A perfect gift, so special and so sweet.
"Remember this," Tio Willy said with care,
"Love is the real magic everywhere.
No matter where we are, near or apart,
Love keeps us together in our heart."

The world began to shimmer all around,
They felt themselves lift up above the ground.
Through the portal they flew back to their place,
Landing on their couch with gentle grace.
The family hugged together, holding tight,
Remembering that magical sight.
With three dogs at their feet and love so true,
They knew that magic lives in me and you.
