Mia wakes up early, jumping out of bed, her heart full of excitement. "Today is Disneyland day!" she shouts. She quickly braids her long black hair. Her parents help her get ready. Mia can't wait to meet Mickey Mouse. She skips to the car, smiling all the way.

Mia sees the big Disneyland gate and gasps with joy. Bright balloons float everywhere. She holds her mom's hand tightly. "Look! That's Cinderella's castle!" Mia points excitedly. The air is filled with laughter. Mia feels like she is in a dream.

Mia races to the spinning teacup ride. "Let's spin fast, Mommy!" she giggles. The teacups twirl with colors everywhere. Mia laughs so loud, her cheeks hurt. When the ride stops, she claps happily. "I love Disneyland!" she cheers.

A parade starts, and Mia spots Mickey Mouse on a float. "Mickey! It's really him!" she shouts. Mickey waves kindly, and Mia waves back. She runs closer with her mom. Mickey sees her, bends down, and hugs her gently. Mia feels like the luckiest girl ever.

After meeting Mickey, Mia sees a stand of balloons. "Can I have a Mickey one, please?" she asks her dad. He smiles and buys her a red Mickey Mouse balloon. Mia hugs the string tightly. She skips, the balloon floating above her head. "Now Mickey is always with me!" she says.

Mia explores Fantasyland next. She rides the flying elephants and sails on a pirate boat. "This feels like magic!" Mia giggles. She meets new friends in line. They laugh and share snacks together. Mia feels brave and happy.

In the afternoon, Mia gets a Mickey-shaped ice cream. She licks it, chocolate melting on her fingers. "Cold but so yummy!" she giggles. Her mom takes a funny photo. Mia and her mom laugh at her sticky face. She wipes her hands and finishes her treat.

Mia sits by the street, waiting for the parade. Colorful dancers twirl, and music plays loudly. "I love the princesses' shiny dresses!" Mia says. Giant floats pass by, waving to the crowd. Mia waves back, feeling special. She claps for every character she sees.

Night falls, and the castle lights up. Mia sits on her dad's shoulders to see. The fireworks sparkle in the sky. "Wow! It's so beautiful!" Mia whispers. She feels like she's in a fairytale. The night is filled with magic and stars.

As they leave, Mia hugs her Mickey balloon tight. "Can we come back?" she asks, sleepy. Her parents smile and promise they will. Mia dreams of her Disneyland adventure. Mickey Mouse waves in her dreams, too. She smiles and sleeps soundly, happy and loved.
