Paola adjusted her glasses and smiled at Kathy. "I'm ready for the ultrasound test!" she beamed. Brandon grinned, "You’ve studied a lot, Paola." Christian nodded, "You’ll do great." Paola felt butterflies in her stomach but was excited. She walked into the exam room with her friends cheering her on.

During the test, Paola spotted a question about cardiac tamponade. Her brow furrowed behind her clear glasses. "Oh no, I can’t remember this part!" she whispered. Sarah noticed and gave her a thumbs up, mouthing, "You’ve got this!" Paola tried her best but wasn’t sure of her answer. She felt a little worried.

Later, Paola slumped in a chair, feeling sad. Wittrock sat beside her, asking, "What’s wrong, Paola?" She sighed, "I missed the cardiac tamponade question." Sam suggested, "Let’s look it up together." Paola Googled it and read out loud about heart problems. Soon, she started to smile, understanding more than before.

The next day, Paola shared what she learned with her friends. "Cardiac tamponade is when fluid squishes the heart!" she explained. Sarah clapped, "Great job, Paola!" Kathy winked, "Now you’re the expert!" Paola grinned, feeling proud and happy. She knew that asking for help always made challenges easier.
