Rita was playing with her favorite puck on the sunny cobblestone street. Her curly brown pigtails bounced as she crouched down in her bright yellow dress. She smiled happily, ready to push her puck along the colorful street. The buildings around her were painted in cheerful colors, making the perfect playground.

With a gentle push, Rita sent her puck rolling down the street. She watched excitedly as it spun between the flower pots and past a leaning bicycle. The puck rolled faster than Rita expected, moving far away from her. She began to walk after it, hoping it wouldn't go too far.

The puck rolled right toward a small, fluffy dog with white and brown fur. Reksis tilted his head curiously at the strange object coming his way. He sniffed at the puck when it stopped near his paws. When Rita approached to retrieve her toy, Reksis began to bark excitedly.

Rita was startled and ran away, her yellow dress billowing behind her. But after a moment, she stopped and looked back, seeing that Reksis wasn't chasing her. She noticed he was wagging his tail and pushing the puck with his nose. Gathering her courage, Rita returned slowly and realized Reksis just wanted to play too.
