Suzy, with long hair like a flowing stream, Had Hemoglobin SC, a Sickle Cell dream. Her superpower was speed, to run and to shout, Spreading awareness, of what Sickle Cell's about.

Stevie, with hair as dark as the night, Had Sickle Beta Thalassemia Plus, oh what a sight. His superpower was smarts, to educate and explain, The different types of Sickle Cell, to help ease the pain.

Stacy, with hair as black as the coal, Had Sickle Beta Thalassemia Zero, a hero with a goal. Her superpower was speed, to spread the word, That Sickle Cell comes in types, it's important, she urged.

Tina, with a trait that was rare and so sly, Had the Sickle Cell Trait, but she'd never shy. Her superpower was tenacity, to stand strong and tall, And show that even traits, need attention from all.

Together they stood, in the park so bright, Their SickleSense powers, a wondrous sight. They called out to kids, both far and near, To join them in spreading the word, loud and clear.

Through comic books and talks, they fought the good fight, Explaining Sickle Cell, with all of their might. They shared their own stories, to help others see, That together as heroes, they'd set Sickle Cell free.

Children from all around, heard their powerful plea, And joined in the rally, to help spread the decree. Sickle Cell comes in types, and it's crucial to know, That together as heroes, they'd help it to show.

With colors and crayons, the kids all did draw, Pictures of heroes, spreading SickleSense awe. They knew that together, they'd made a great change, And Sickle Cell awareness, they'd help rearrange.

In the Arizona park, under the shining sun, They celebrated their victory, their mission was done. But they knew in their hearts, it was not the end, For SickleSense heroes, would always defend.
