Era la noche de Halloween y Sofía estaba emocionada. Se puso su disfraz de bruja y agarró su bolsa de dulces. A Sofía le encantaba Halloween porque estaba lleno de sorpresas. Al salir, el aire era fresco y crujiente. La luna estaba brillante, proyectando sombras en el suelo. Sofía caminó por la calle, saludando a sus amigos por el camino. Sofia heard a soft bark and turned around. There was a cute dog in a Halloween costume with wings. The dog’s name was Rocky, and he seemed eager to play. Sofia bent down to pet Rocky, but he playfully ran away. She laughed and decided to chase after him. Rocky led her to a dark, spooky house at the end of the street. Sofia hesitated but her curiosity got the best of her.

As Sofia approached the spooky house, she saw a white skeleton standing by the door. To her surprise, the skeleton started talking! 'Hello there,' said the skeleton. Sofia was startled but intrigued. 'Hi, I'm Sofia,' she replied. The skeleton introduced himself as Sam. Sam told Sofia that the house was not as scary as it looked. He invited her inside for a Halloween surprise.

Inside the house, Sofia saw a white ghost floating in the air. The ghost waved and said, 'Boo!' Sofia giggled and waved back. 'I'm Casper, the friendly ghost,' he said. Casper showed Sofia around the house, which was decorated with pumpkins and cobwebs. Sofia felt comfortable and enjoyed the spooky decorations. Casper then invited Sofia to join a Halloween game.

Casper led Sofia to a room where a monster was waiting. The monster was big and green but had a friendly smile. 'Do you want to play a Halloween game?' the monster asked. Sofia nodded eagerly. The game was a scavenger hunt for hidden candy. Sofia, Rocky, Sam, and Casper all joined in. They had so much fun searching for the candy together.

After the game, Rocky barked and ran out of the house. 'Rocky, wait!' Sofia called as she chased after him. Rocky led her through the neighborhood, past decorated houses and spooky trees. Sofia was determined to catch up to him. Suddenly, she saw a witch flying on a broomstick in the sky. The witch waved at Sofia, and Sofia waved back. Rocky finally stopped at a park, panting and wagging his tail.

Sofia sat down on a bench to catch her breath. The witch landed her broomstick next to Sofia. 'Hello, dear,' the witch said kindly. 'I'm Wanda, and I have a gift for you.' Wanda handed Sofia a small, glowing pumpkin. 'This pumpkin will bring you good luck,' she explained. Sofia thanked Wanda and admired the glowing pumpkin. She felt grateful for all the wonderful adventures she had that night.

Sofia walked back home with Rocky by her side. She thought about all the new friends she had made. Halloween had been full of surprises and magical moments. As she reached her house, Sofia saw her mom waiting on the porch. 'Did you have fun?' her mom asked. 'Yes, it was the best Halloween ever!' Sofia replied. She couldn't wait to tell her mom all about her adventures.
