Avon stepped into the Enchanted Forest, his red hair glowing in the dappled sunlight. The trees began to whisper around him. 'Help us,' they rustled. 'The magic is fading.' Avon listened carefully. The oldest oak spoke louder. 'Find the dragon Drago. Only he can restore our power.' Avon felt nervous but brave. He had heard stories about dragons with fire on their scales. Taking a deep breath, he walked deeper into the mysterious woods, following a winding path lined with glowing mushrooms.

In a sunny clearing, Avon found Drago sleeping on warm rocks. The dragon's scales flickered with small flames. Sharp canines showed when he yawned. 'Who disturbs my rest?' Drago rumbled. 'I'm Avon. The trees need help. Their magic is disappearing,' the boy explained. Drago sat up, interested. 'The Crystal Spring must be blocked. I tried to fix it alone but failed.' Avon smiled. 'Maybe we can do it together.' Drago nodded slowly. 'A dragon and a human, working as a team. Let's try.'

Avon climbed onto Drago's back, and they flew over the treetops. Below, they spotted the Crystal Spring covered by fallen rocks. They landed carefully. 'These rocks are too heavy for me,' Avon said. Drago used his strong tail to push the largest boulder. Avon cleared smaller stones. Together, they worked hard. Finally, the last rock moved away. Magical water bubbled up, sparkling like stars. It flowed into streams throughout the forest. The trees began to glow with renewed magic. 'We did it!' Avon cheered.

The forest celebrated as magic returned to every leaf and branch. Trees swayed happily, whispering thank you to Avon and Drago. Colorful birds sang beautiful songs. Flowers bloomed instantly in rainbow colors. 'You were right about teamwork,' Drago said warmly. 'Friends are stronger together,' Avon agreed, patting the dragon's scaly side. The flames on Drago's scales danced cheerfully. The oldest oak blessed their friendship. From that day forward, Avon visited the Enchanted Forest often, and Drago always welcomed him. Their adventure had created a friendship that would last forever.
