Young Elonic stood with fear and doubt,
The Misty Forest made him want to shout.
Bee wagged her tail and licked his hand,
"Together we can cross this land!"
He looked at trees so tall and wide,
His little dog right by his side.
"I'll count my steps," Elonic said,
"One single step will move ahead."
He lifted up his small right shoe,
And placed it down—now that makes two!
Bee barked with joy and jumped around,
Elonic's feet were on the ground.
"I did it, Bee! I took step one!"
His forest journey had begun.
With Bee beside him, soft and white,
He'd find his courage, find his might.

"Now let's take more!" said Elonic brave,
As morning mist began to wave.
Bee trotted forward, fluffy tail high,
Her blue eyes sparkled toward the sky.
"Step two!" he counted with a grin,
The forest path was drawing in.
"And step three makes us further still!"
They climbed together up a hill.
The trees around them whispered low,
Encouraging them where to go.
Elonic felt his worry fade,
No longer was he so afraid.
"Three steps are more than none at all,"
He told his Pomeranian small.
Bee yipped agreement, understanding clear,
With every step they'd conquer fear.

The path ahead began to bend and wind,
Elonic wondered what they'd find.
"Four, five, six!" he counted out,
Bee sniffed the ground and ran about.
A butterfly flew past his nose,
It landed gently on a rose.
"Look, Bee! It's beautiful and bright,"
The flower glowed in morning light.
"Seven, eight!" Elonic went on,
His nervous feelings almost gone.
Bee barked at squirrels in the trees,
They chattered back upon the breeze.
"Nine steps and then we'll make it ten!"
He'd never felt so brave back then.
With Bee's white fur and eyes so blue,
He knew exactly what to do.

They reached a brook with water clear,
Elonic paused, feeling some fear.
"How do we cross?" he asked his friend,
Bee barked and ran around the bend.
She found some stones across the stream,
They looked just like a stepping dream.
"I'll count them, Bee! There's one, two, three!"
Four more stones he could clearly see.
"We'll hop across them, nice and slow,"
Elonic said, "Here we go!"
He stepped on stone eleven, twelve,
Into this challenge he would delve.
"Thirteen!" he shouted, "Fourteen too!"
His confidence just grew and grew.
Bee jumped behind him, splash and splish,
They both had made their dearest wish.

Beyond the brook, near clover green,
A rabbit sat, the nicest seen.
"Hello there!" said the bunny small,
"I watched you cross! You didn't fall!"
Elonic smiled and counted proud,
"Fifteen steps!" he said aloud.
Bee sniffed the rabbit, wagging fast,
New friendship formed, a friend at last.
"I'm scared sometimes," the rabbit shared,
"But you seem brave! You really dared!"
"I count my steps," Elonic taught,
"It helps me more than I first thought."
"Sixteen, seventeen, watch me go!"
His courage started more to show.
The rabbit hopped beside them too,
Elonic's bravery just grew.

The rabbit led them through tall ferns,
Elonic took his careful turns.
"Eighteen, nineteen, twenty, whee!"
He laughed out loud for all to see.
Bee's fluffy tail swished side to side,
She filled his heart with joy and pride.
The ferns were soft and tickled so,
They brushed his arms as they would go.
"Twenty-one and twenty-two!"
The forest felt less scary too.
"Each step I take, I'm further in,"
Elonic said with a wide grin.
The rabbit jumped, "You're doing great!"
Elonic felt he couldn't wait.
"Twenty-three and twenty-four!"
He wasn't frightened anymore.

They reached a grove with shade so cool,
Sunlight danced like in a pool.
"Let's rest here, Bee," Elonic said,
He sat upon a mossy bed.
"Twenty-five steps we have made,"
He counted underneath the shade.
Bee curled beside him, soft and warm,
Protecting from any harm.
The rabbit nibbled grass nearby,
While clouds went drifting through the sky.
"I never thought that I could come,"
Elonic shared, "This far from home."
"But counting steps, just one by one,
Made this journey so much fun!"
Bee licked his face with love so true,
Her eyes still sparkling, bright and blue.

Above them, birds began to sing,
Their melodies made forest ring.
"Let's continue on!" said the boy,
His voice was filled with happy joy.
"Twenty-six and twenty-seven!"
Steps that felt like gifts from heaven.
Bee trotted forward, leading way,
Through sunshine of the perfect day.
The birds sang out, "You're brave and strong!"
Elonic hummed along their song.
"Twenty-eight, nine, thirty too!"
He knew just what he had to do.
The rabbit bounced with every count,
Their friendship grew by large amount.
"Each step is one more that I've grown,"
Said the boy in thoughtful tone.

A mighty oak stood straight and tall,
Elonic felt incredibly small.
"This tree is old and very wise,"
He stared up at its giant size.
"Thirty-one, two, three, and four!"
He'd counted steps and many more.
Bee sniffed around the tree's wide base,
Exploring this enchanted place.
The rabbit said, "This tree has seen,
Many travelers where we've been."
"Thirty-five!" Elonic called,
He wasn't scared, not scared at all!
"Thirty-six and thirty-seven!"
Counting felt just like pure heaven.
Bee barked agreement with her friend,
Their journey near its happy end.

They walked into a clearing bright,
Filled with warm and golden light.
"Thirty-eight, nine, forty, hooray!"
Elonic shouted on this day.
Bee rolled around in grass so green,
The happiest pup he'd ever seen.
The rabbit munched on dandelion,
Elonic felt just like a lion!
"I've come so far with every stride,"
He said with overwhelming pride.
"Forty-one, forty-two, and three!"
He counted numbers easily.
"When I feel scared, I'll just recall,
That one small step can start it all."
Bee yipped and jumped up really high,
Underneath the bright blue sky.

Elonic turned to look behind,
At all the path that he did find.
"Forty-four steps we have made,
Through sunshine, brook, and forest shade."
Bee sat beside him, loyal friend,
Who stayed with him around each bend.
The rabbit said, "You've taught me well,
Your counting helped, as I can tell."
"When things seem big and very scary,"
Elonic said, not being wary,
"Just take one step, and then one more,
You'll go much further than before!"
"Forty-five, six, seven, eight!"
Progress is worth every wait.
Bee's blue eyes shined with love so true,
She'd helped him make it all the way through.

"Now let's head home," Elonic declared,
"I'm not one bit worried or scared!"
"Forty-nine and then comes fifty!"
His counting was incredibly nifty.
Bee led the way back through the trees,
Past flowers swaying in the breeze.
The rabbit waved a fond goodbye,
"You've taught me I should always try!"
Elonic walked with head held high,
No more tears were in his eye.
"Fifty steps, or maybe more,
I've learned what bravery is for."
The Misty Forest wasn't frightening,
His courage felt just like lightning!
With Bee beside him, white and small,
He'd learned to take that first step after all.
