Willow, a white rabbit, rides a small blue bike along a sunny meadow path, while Mrs Burrow Bunny claps her paws nearby.
Willow hopped along the meadow path on her little blue bike. Her white fur gleamed in the sunshine. "Look how fast I can go!" she called to the Burrow Bunnies. Mrs Burrow Bunny clapped her paws. "Wonderful, dear!" Willow stopped by the stream to collect smooth pebbles. She had lived here for six whole years. The Burrow Bunnies tucked her in every night. They read stories and sang soft songs. Willow felt safe and loved in their cosy burrow home.
Inside the cosy burrow, Mr Burrow Bunny with drooping ears packs a small bag, while Willow, a white rabbit, clutches a stuffed carrot and looks worried.
One morning, Willow noticed Mr Burrow Bunny looked worried. His ears drooped low. Later, she heard loud voices from the grown-up rabbits' room. Willow hugged her favourite stuffed carrot close. "Why are they upset?" she whispered. The next day, Mr Burrow Bunny packed a small bag. "I'm going to stay at another burrow for a while," he said gently. Willow's nose twitched nervously. "But why?" she asked. "It's not about you, little one," he said softly. But Willow wasn't sure.
Willow stands in a sunny room with a window overlooking wildflowers, as the Bramble Burrow rabbits, with kind eyes, smile warmly at her.
Mrs Burrow Bunny took Willow to visit the Bramble Burrow rabbits. They had kind eyes and warm smiles. "Would you like some carrot cake?" asked Mrs Bramble. Willow nodded shyly. The Bramble Burrow had colourful cushions and a cosy fireplace. "Sometimes rabbits need different homes," Mrs Bramble explained gently. "But you're always loved, wherever you are." Willow thought about this. The Bramble Bunnies showed her a sunny room with a window overlooking the wildflowers. "This could be your special space," they said.
Under the willow tree, Mrs Burrow Bunny strokes Willow's ears as they both gaze up at the starry night sky.
That evening, Mrs Burrow Bunny sat with Willow under the willow tree. "The changes aren't because of you," she said, stroking Willow's ears. "Grown-up rabbits have grown-up problems sometimes." Willow looked up at the stars. "Will I always be loved?" she asked. "Always," said Mrs Burrow Bunny. "By us, by the Brambles, by everyone who knows you." Willow felt a warm feeling in her chest. She still had questions, but she knew one thing for certain: she was a very special rabbit, and that would never change.
