Mia was walking along a forest path with her dad. She saw a shimmering light between two trees. "Daddy, look!" she said. The light swirled like a rainbow and made a humming sound. Mia was very intrigued.

Mia stepped closer to the light. Whoosh! She went through the sparkly portal. Everything spun around her like a merry-go-round. Then she landed softly on grass. "Where am I?" Mia wondered. Big dinosaurs walked nearby!

A small green dinosaur came to Mia. "Hello! I'm Dino," he said with a smile. Mia was surprised dinosaurs could talk! "I'm Mia. You're so friendly!" she said. Dino nodded happily. "Want to play?" he asked.

Mia and Dino played hide-and-seek behind ferns. They splashed in a warm pond. "This is so fun!" Mia laughed. Dino showed her colorful flowers. The portal sparkled again nearby. "Time to go," Mia said sadly.

Mia jumped through the portal again. She landed in front of a big castle! Knights rode horses nearby. "Welcome, young traveler!" said a kind knight. Mia's eyes grew wide. "Wow, a real castle!" she cheered.

A princess waved from the castle window. "Come play with me!" she called down. Mia climbed the stairs to meet her. They drew pictures of friendly dragons together. "I like your crown," Mia said. The princess smiled brightly.

The portal took Mia to a beach. A pirate ship floated on blue water. "Ahoy there!" called a friendly pirate. Mia climbed aboard the wooden ship. They pretended to search for treasure. "X marks the spot!" Mia giggled.

Next, Mia arrived in a shiny city. Flying cars zoomed overhead! A robot rolled up to her. "Hello, I'm Robo. Need a tour?" it beeped. Mia nodded excitedly. They rode a floating sidewalk together.

The portal glowed and Mia floated up! She was in a space station now. Through the window, Earth looked like a blue marble. "This is amazing!" Mia said. An astronaut gave her a space helmet. They ate floating apple juice.

Mia visited Dino one more time. "I missed you, friend!" Dino said happily. They had a picnic with berries. Mia told Dino about all her adventures. "You're so brave," Dino said proudly. Mia hugged her dinosaur friend.

The portal glowed with a golden light. "It's time to go home," Mia realized. She waved goodbye to all her friends. The portal spun her around gently. Then she landed back on the forest trail. Dad was waiting there!

"Dad, I had the best adventure!" Mia said. She told him about dinosaurs and castles. Dad smiled and hugged her tight. "What an imagination you have!" he said. Mia looked back at the trees. The portal winked once, then disappeared.
