Katie built a castle in the sand so bright, while Mommy and Daddy watched with pure delight. The waves rolled in with a swooshing sound, as shells and treasures could be found. Katie spotted something in the foam, a tiny turtle far from home. She picked him up with gentle care, "Hello little friend!" she said right there.

The turtle blinked and looked her way, "Hi Katie! I'm Coo, let's play today!" Katie gasped, "You talked to me! How can this possibly be?" Coo smiled wide beneath his blue hat bright, "You're special, Katie, you can hear us right! Come meet my friends beneath the sea, there's so much magic there to see!"

Katie told her parents of her plan, they held her hand and said, "We understand. Let's splash and play here by the shore, stay safe and we'll be watching for sure." Katie waded in the water clear, as Coo swam close and very near. Down she ducked beneath a wave so small, and saw an underwater world and all!

A turtle in a pink dress twirled around, with a pretty bow, the sweetest she'd found. "I'm Ooo!" she said with glee, "Welcome Katie, to the sea! We've waited long to meet someone new, who hears our words, so warm and true." Katie smiled and waved hello, as colorful fish put on a show.

"Wait for me!" called out a voice so small, a turtle in red glasses, shortest of all. "I'm Ter," he said with a happy grin, "Let's have adventures and dive right in! I know where the seahorses like to hide, and where the dolphins love to glide." Katie clapped, "This is so great! Three turtle friends, I can't wait!"

A light appeared, all glowing bright, Ikey the alien brought yellow light! Her dress and bow shone like the sun, "I came from space to join the fun! I heard you talk to ocean friends, where imagination never ends." Katie laughed, "You're from above! Let's explore this world we love!"

They swam together through coral so grand, like an underwater magic land. Ter pointed out a starfish sleeping, while Ooo found anemones creeping. Coo showed Katie a secret cave, where the water danced like a gentle wave. Ikey's glow lit up the way, through the wonders of the bay.

Three dolphins came and spun around, making clicks and whistling sounds. "They're saying 'Hello friend!' to you," explained Coo in his shirt of blue. Katie listened with her heart, understanding was her special art. The dolphins leaped and played all day, in the most delightful way.

A little crab was feeling sad, he'd lost his shell and felt so bad. "Don't worry friend," said Katie kind, "Together we'll help you find!" Ooo, Ter, Coo, and Ikey too, all searched for something shiny and new. They found a perfect purple shell, and the crab said, "You're friends, I can tell!"

Deep sounds echoed from below, where giant whales put on a show. Katie heard their ancient song, about the ocean, deep and strong. "They're telling stories of the sea, of friendship, love, and being free," Katie said with wonder bright, as Ikey's dress glowed yellow light.

The sun began to set up high, painting colors in the sky. "I must go back," said Katie dear, "But I'll return, never fear! Thank you Coo, Ooo, and Ter too, and Ikey with your dress so new!" They hugged goodbye beneath the foam, as Katie made her way back home.

Back on shore with Mom and Dad, Katie told them of the fun she had. "We believe your magic's real and true, the ocean gave this gift to you!" That night in bed she dreamed away, of underwater friends at play. Tomorrow she'd return once more, to the friends she now adored.
