Lulu bounced by the door, waiting for Dad to come home. 'Guess what?' Ganaa said, kneeling down with a grin. 'This weekend, it's just you and me.' Lulu's eyes lit up. 'Can Baldan come too?' he asked, pointing at the fluffy gray cat curled on the couch. Ganaa laughed. 'Of course, buddy. Baldan is part of our team.' The little boy hugged his father tight. 'What are we going to do first?' Ganaa smiled mysteriously. 'You'll see tomorrow morning.' Lulu could hardly sleep, dreaming of all the fun ahead.

The next morning, the kitchen smelled like warm pancakes. Ganaa flipped one high into the air, and Lulu clapped. 'Wow, Dad, do it again!' he giggled. Baldan sat on the chair, watching every flip with wide amber eyes. 'Careful, Baldan, no snacks for cats today,' Ganaa teased. Lulu poured syrup all over his stack, making a happy mess. 'This is the best breakfast ever!' he said with a mouth full of pancake. Ganaa ruffled his hair. 'Wait until you see what we're doing next.' Lulu grinned, ready for anything the day might bring.

Ganaa and Lulu walked to the park with Baldan trotting on his leash. Kids played on swings and slides nearby, laughing loudly. 'Can I go on the slide, Dad?' Lulu asked, already running toward it. 'Go ahead, buddy, I'll watch,' Ganaa said, smiling. Lulu climbed up and slid down again and again, cheering each time. Baldan curled up on a bench, watching quietly. After a while, Lulu ran back, breathless and happy. 'Dad, you have to try it too!' Ganaa laughed and joined him, sliding down together. They both landed in a giggling heap on the grass.

Later, Ganaa pulled out a bright red kite from his bag. 'Ready to fly it, Lulu?' he asked. Lulu grabbed the string excitedly. They ran across the open field until the kite lifted into the sky. 'Look, Dad, it's flying so high!' Lulu shouted. Baldan chased after their shadows, hopping through the grass. The kite dipped and spun, making them laugh. 'Hold on tight!' Ganaa called as gusts of wind pulled the string. Lulu held on with both hands, feeling proud. When the kite finally landed, he hugged his dad. 'That was amazing!'

They spread a blanket under a big shady tree for lunch. Ganaa opened a basket filled with sandwiches and fruit. 'This is our secret picnic spot,' he said with a wink. Lulu handed a piece of chicken to Baldan, who purred happily. 'Dad, can we come here every weekend?' Lulu asked between bites. Ganaa nodded. 'As long as you're with me, buddy.' They watched clouds drift by, naming shapes they saw. 'That one looks like a dragon!' Lulu said. Ganaa smiled, enjoying the quiet moment with his son.

After lunch, they walked to a small pond nearby. Ganaa handed Lulu a little fishing rod. 'Let's see who catches the first fish,' he said. They cast their lines and waited patiently. Baldan watched the water curiously, tail twitching. Suddenly, Lulu's rod jerked. 'Dad, I got one!' he shouted, reeling it in with help. A shiny little fish flopped on the grass. 'Great job, buddy!' Ganaa cheered, ruffling his hair. They gently released the fish back into the pond. 'Bye, fish! Come back next time!' Lulu waved happily.

On the way home, Baldan spotted a butterfly and dashed after it. 'Baldan, wait!' Lulu laughed, chasing behind him. The cat zigzagged through the grass, leaping playfully. Ganaa jogged to keep up, laughing too. Finally, Baldan pounced but missed, tumbling into a soft patch of clover. Lulu scooped him up giggling. 'You're silly, Baldan.' The cat purred, nuzzling into his arms. Ganaa knelt beside them. 'Looks like someone needs a nap.' They walked home slowly, the sun beginning to set behind the trees.

That evening, they decided to bake cookies together. Ganaa tied an apron around Lulu's waist. 'You're the head chef today,' he said. Lulu mixed the dough carefully, sprinkling chocolate chips everywhere. Baldan sniffed curiously at the counter until Ganaa gently shooed him away. 'No cookies for cats, silly,' Lulu said. When the cookies came out warm from the oven, Lulu grabbed one eagerly. 'Careful, it's hot!' Ganaa warned, laughing. They sat at the table, dunking cookies in milk, sharing stories about their day.

With cookies finished, they settled onto the couch for a movie. Lulu picked his favorite cartoon about space explorers. Baldan curled up between them, purring softly. 'This is my favorite part!' Lulu said, pointing at the screen. Ganaa wrapped a blanket around them both. 'Movie afternoons are the best,' he said. Lulu leaned against his dad's shoulder, eyes glued to the adventure unfolding. Halfway through, he yawned but refused to close his eyes. 'I want to see how it ends, Dad.' Ganaa smiled, holding him close until the credits rolled.

As night fell, Ganaa set up a small tent in the backyard. 'Are we really camping tonight?' Lulu asked excitedly. 'Just for one night, buddy,' Ganaa said, unrolling sleeping bags. Baldan hopped inside, sniffing every corner curiously. They used flashlights to make shadow puppets on the tent walls. 'Look, it's a dragon!' Lulu laughed, wiggling his fingers. Crickets chirped outside as they shared quiet giggles. 'This is way better than my room,' Lulu whispered. Ganaa tucked him into the sleeping bag. 'Sweet dreams, little camper.'

Before sleeping, they unzipped the tent to look at the stars. 'Dad, there are so many!' Lulu whispered in awe. Ganaa pointed upward. 'That bright one is called a star cluster.' Baldan sat quietly between them, watching the sky too. 'Do stars ever fall down?' Lulu asked curiously. 'Sometimes, we call those shooting stars,' Ganaa explained. Just then, a streak of light flashed above them. 'Look, Dad, a shooting star!' Lulu gasped. They made silent wishes together before drifting off to sleep under the open sky.

The next morning, sunlight woke them early. Lulu peeked out of the tent excitedly. 'Dad, it's already morning!' Ganaa stretched and smiled. 'Time for a new adventure, buddy.' Baldan stretched too, yawning wide. They packed up the tent together, folding it neatly. 'What are we doing today?' Lulu asked eagerly. Ganaa winked. 'You'll find out soon.' They walked inside for a quick breakfast before heading out again, ready for whatever fun Sunday would bring.

After breakfast, Ganaa brought out gardening tools. 'Want to help me plant some flowers?' he asked. Lulu nodded eagerly, grabbing a small shovel. They dug little holes and planted colorful seeds together. Baldan watched from the porch, occasionally batting at a stray leaf. 'When will they grow, Dad?' Lulu asked, patting the soil. 'Soon, if we water them every day,' Ganaa said. Lulu carefully poured water from a small can. 'I'll take care of them, I promise.' Ganaa smiled proudly at his little gardener.

Later, they took their bikes out for a ride around the neighborhood. 'Try to keep up, Dad!' Lulu shouted, pedaling fast. Ganaa laughed, riding beside him carefully. Baldan trotted along on his leash, keeping pace. They stopped at a small hill, catching their breath. 'That was so fun!' Lulu said, cheeks red from pedaling. 'You're getting really good at this,' Ganaa said proudly. They rode back home slowly, enjoying the cool breeze and each other's company.

That afternoon, they visited a small science museum downtown. 'Look, Dad, a dinosaur bone!' Lulu shouted, pointing excitedly. Ganaa read the plaque aloud, explaining how old it was. They wandered through exhibits about space and animals, touching interactive displays. Baldan waited patiently in his carrier bag outside since pets weren't allowed inside. 'This place is so cool,' Lulu said, eyes wide with wonder. Ganaa smiled. 'I'm glad we came together.' They left with new facts and big smiles.

Next, they stopped by the library to pick out books. 'Can I get one about space?' Lulu asked. 'Of course, buddy,' Ganaa said, guiding him to the right shelf. They sat together in a cozy corner, reading quietly. Baldan waited outside in his bag, occasionally peeking through the window. Lulu turned page after page, fascinated by pictures of planets. 'Dad, can we read this every night?' he whispered. Ganaa nodded softly. 'As long as you want, buddy.'

Back home, they spread paint and paper across the table. 'Let's make a picture of our weekend,' Ganaa suggested. Lulu painted a tent, a kite, and a fishing rod. Baldan left a few paw prints when he wandered across the wet paper. 'Oops, Baldan added his own art,' Lulu laughed. Ganaa chuckled, adding a little sun in the corner. When finished, they hung the painting on the fridge. 'This is the best weekend ever, Dad,' Lulu said proudly. Ganaa hugged him close. 'It sure is, buddy.'

As evening approached, they decided to cook dinner together. 'You chop the veggies, I'll handle the stove,' Ganaa said, handing Lulu a small knife with guidance. Lulu carefully cut carrots into little pieces. Baldan sniffed hopefully near the counter, hoping for a dropped piece. 'No sneaking, Baldan,' Lulu giggled. They stirred a pot of noodles together, tasting along the way. 'This tastes amazing, Dad!' Lulu said proudly. They sat down to eat, sharing laughs about their busy weekend.

After dinner, they pulled out a colorful board game. 'Ready to lose, Dad?' Lulu teased, rolling the dice. Ganaa laughed. 'We'll see about that, buddy.' Baldan curled up nearby, watching the game pieces move across the board. They laughed over silly rules and surprising twists. 'I win!' Lulu cheered, jumping up happily. Ganaa clapped. 'Great game, champion.' They packed up the pieces, already planning a rematch for next time.

As the weekend came to an end, Ganaa tucked Lulu into bed. 'Can you tell me a story about our weekend?' Lulu asked sleepily. Ganaa smiled, sitting beside him. 'Once upon a time, a boy and his dad had the best weekend ever,' he began softly. Baldan curled up at the foot of the bed, purring gently. Lulu smiled, eyes growing heavy. 'I love you, Dad,' he whispered. Ganaa kissed his forehead. 'I love you too, buddy. Goodnight.' The room grew quiet as they both drifted off, dreaming of new adventures ahead.
