No. Childbook.ai is book-production software. You run your own storefront, set prices, take payment, and handle customer support.
What does a book from a story template cost?
Each template book uses 2 book credits: about $1 inside the monthly plan, or $0.90 to $0.80 per book on a top-up pack. The plan includes 200 book credits a month, enough for 100 books. Top-ups are $45 for 100 credits or $180 for 450 credits.
What happens if I use more than 200 book credits in a month?
Buy a book-credit pack. Packs do not expire while your account stays active. Unused book and illustration credits from the monthly plan still roll over at 50%.
Can Childbook.ai print and ship a book?
Yes. Childbook.ai handles print-on-demand for you. Orders are routed to a print partner near the delivery address, so books are produced locally instead of shipped across the world — shorter delivery times and lower shipping costs. Fulfillment is fully white-label: the parcel, packing slip, and tracking emails carry no Childbook.ai branding, so the book arrives as though it came from you. You can request a live print and shipping quote for eligible books and supported destinations; availability and price depend on the book specification and delivery address.
Will my customer know the book came from Childbook.ai?
No. Exported PDFs carry no Childbook.ai logo or watermark, and print orders we fulfill are shipped white-label — the parcel, packing slip, and tracking emails show no indication that Childbook.ai printed or shipped the book.
Are API, webhooks, or Shopify automation included?
No. The $99 plan covers the Childbook.ai web application. API, webhook, bulk-generation, and storefront integrations need a separate custom agreement.
How do cancellation and refunds work?
Cancel future renewals before the next billing date and keep access through the paid period. Refunds may be requested within six months only when the subscription has not been used; partial periods are not refunded.
