In a sunlit forest, a twisty tree stood tall—
Its bark warm, branches big and small.
The animals called it the Worry Tree,
A friend for all, as kind as can be.

If you felt sad, or full of fright,
You’d whisper your worries with all your might.
The leaves would shimmer, friendly and bright,
And everything would soon feel right.

One shy hedgehog named Willow drew near,
But her worry wasn’t hers to share here.
She looked at the ground, toes tapping slow,
Wishing to help a friend in woe.

“My friend Nibbles isn’t laughing today,
He sits in his treehouse, hiding away.
I’m worried for him,” Willow softly told,
Her voice as gentle as marigold.

The Worry Tree rustled, leaves whirled around.
A wise, whispery voice made a gentle sound:
“Kindness is wind for each lonely heart.
Your caring spirit’s the perfect start.”

Willow marched off with muffins to bake,
Brought a joke and a ribbon for Nibbles’ sake.
She packed her bag with treats galore,
To cheer up her friend she did adore.

Knock, knock, knock—Willow called Nibbles’ name.
A tiny, sad voice whispered the same:
“No visitors, please. I’m not feeling brave.”
But Willow waited—her kindness to save.

Willow sat down right by the tree,
“I brought your favorite muffin, see?
And a nutty joke! May I share it with you?”
She hoped Nibbles would smile, just a bit too.

From up in the branches, a quiet giggle came,
Then a pause, and the door opened just the same.
Nibbles peeked out, whiskers twitching with glee,
Curiosity stronger than his worry could be.

They munched on muffins, told jokes in the sun,
Cloud-watching and giggles—a day full of fun.
Nibbles smiled wide and gave Willow a hug,
Feeling lighter and happier—cozy and snug.

Willow felt brave, her shyness erased,
Helping a friend had brightened her face.
She discovered her power—kindness, pure gold,
A superpower for young and old.

The Worry Tree swayed with joy in the breeze,
Kindness spreading among flowers and trees.
When someone shares care, the forest feels light,
Hearts glowing together, happy and bright.
