On her 7th birthday, Starla blew out seven candles. A tiny sparkling star named Glimmer popped out of the last candle's smoke. "Happy birthday, Starla!" Glimmer chimed. "You get seven wishes, but each one is a challenge to complete first!" Starla's eyes widened. "I can do that!" she said bravely. Glimmer twirled around her white hair. "Let's start with your first wish: be brave and climb the tall slide today!" Starla grinned and ran outside, ready to begin her magical birthday adventure.

Starla climbed the tallest slide, gripping tight despite her shaky knees. "I did it!" she cheered, and her first wish sparkled true. Glimmer flew beside her. "Next wish: share your toys with a friend." Starla found a boy alone at the park and handed him her favorite ball. "Want to play?" she asked kindly. He smiled wide. Two wishes glowed golden in the sky. "You're doing wonderfully," Glimmer said, twinkling brighter with every kind deed Starla completed that sunny afternoon.

The third wish asked Starla to wait patiently in a long line without complaining, and she hummed happily until her turn came. The fourth wish needed courage: speaking up to help a lost puppy find its owner. Starla called out loudly until the owner came running, thankful. "Five wishes down, two to go!" Glimmer cheered. Starla puffed her chest proudly. "What's next?" The star sprite smiled mysteriously. "The last two wishes are the most special of all, little one."

For her sixth wish, Starla planted a tree for cleaner air. Finally, Glimmer asked, "Your last wish, Starla—what will it be?" Starla thought of everyone needing help. "I wish for kindness to spread to all people everywhere!" The sky burst into warm golden light. Glimmer glowed brightest ever. "That's the best wish of all," Glimmer whispered. Starla smiled, knowing her seventh birthday had taught her that the greatest wishes are the ones that help others too.
